Adam’s first interest in Motorsport began at the tender age of 8 when he had an arrive and drive day at a local track in Milton Keynes. He immediately adapted himself to this new sport and showed he had a natural talent by setting several fastest laps.

In 1999 his farther Sean purchased his first Kart and Adam started racing at Club Level. During his first year of racing he finished 3rd in the Club Championship at Shennington, Whilton Mill and Kimbolton.

Adam continued to race karts in the UK moving through the classes of Minimax and Junior Max setting countless fastest laps and lap records and finally Senior Max until the beginning of 2007. He has won over 120 trophies throughout his career with over 50% of them being podium finishes.

In 2006 whilst racing with Tim Parrott Motor Sport he competed in the British Kart Masters Championship qualifying on pole and eventually finishing in 5th. Adam was also selected for the England Kart Team on two occasions in 2006 and 2007 in the Internationals Kart Championship which they won on both occasions competing in the Senior Max category.

In 2007 Adam raced with Paul Carr Racing in the UK S1 Senior Max Championship eventually finishing 10th. During his Karting career Adam has always been able to produce outstanding results, often charging through the field when things have gone to plan.

In 2008 Adam was the Formula Palmer Audi “Rookie of the Year”.
